africa is beautiful
Miracle of life begins on the Mara. The Mara is teeming with wildebeests and lions. Within eight minutes of stepping off the plane, a topi gave birth. The miracle of life was a beautiful way to begin our day. When the baby topi stood for the first time on wobbly legs, we cheered with her triumph.

Okay, I know it was like a snowball rolling downhill. We met the children and visited their schools and noted they had nothing and I mean nothing. So of course we gathered donations of shoes and clothes and pencils and toothbrushes and of course, some toys.
