Centuries old, the enneagram explores the nine basic personality types to discover why you behave the way you do, and how recognize and resolve stressful situations, and to communicate more easily and effectively with others.

This workshop does not require you to know your Enneagram number before class. We will explore the hidden talent and pitfalls of each number, paying attention to the wings and arenas of decompensation to help you understand yourself and others. Learn to make choices that keep your vibration high, and to recognize the hidden stressors that can take you out of alignment with your spirit.

There is plenty of opportunity for questions before we conclude with a healing circle. You will be asked to remove your glasses for the first few minutes while Christel scans your auric field.
