Cancellation Policy for Events

Should you need to cancel your registration, the following terms apply:

Africa Safari March 2022: $250. registration is non-refundable as once your space is held, we must pay for your space whether you show up or not. Any cancellation with the safari company is between you and them; we recommend you purchase trip insurance to avoid any stress or worry.

$1.00 registration fee is not refundable should you choose to not go to the Dolomites. The $1.00 is to put you on an email list to keep you updated what your fellow travelers are planning.

Tromso Polar Lights Adventure: a $300 non-refundable administrative fee will be subtracted from your package should you cancel for any reason. All other monies will be refunded.

Christel Readings must be cancelled 48 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund. No shows, late arrivals, will be charged for the full appointment.

Retreats, Seminars, Workshops, Vision Quests, Adventure Retreats: Cancellations received with greater than 10 day notice from the event start date will only be charged a $25 administrative fee, and will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations received with less than 10 days notice from the event start date will be charged a $125 cancellation fee. Adventure Retreats and Seminars, especially out of the USA, will incur a $500 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days of event. Less that 30 days, a $1000 cancellation fee is applied. Once arrangements have been made, such as hotels and tours, we cannot get any refunds and the $500 fee is to offset some of the costs we must incur.  Once the event has begun, no refunds will be given as we will have to pay associated seminar fees for your space whether you attend or not. However, you may give your paid registration to a friend without penalty, and work out the details between the two of you.

Live Televised Global Classes: In consideration of others on our waitlist, please note that if you need to cancel your time with us, cancellations received with less than five days notice will be charged a $20 processing fee, and cancellations 48 hours or less, and any “no show” and you will be charged for the class.
