Cancellation Policy for Events

Should you need to cancel your registration, the following terms apply:

Camino de Santiago Retreat: Initial deposit is non-refundable, but you can transfer your deposit to another event if cancelled before 12/1/16.

Special Events: Walking the Camino: The initial deposit is fully transferrable if you cancel before December 1, 2016.  No refunds can be  given for cancellations or no show as hotel rooms were booked and paid for on December 5th, 2016. Because hotels are limited on the Camino, the hotels do not offer refunds for any reason.

Retreats, Seminars, Workshops, Vision Quests, Adventure Retreats: Cancellations received with greater than 10 day notice from the event start date will only be charged a $25 administrative fee, and will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations received with less than seven days notice from the event start date will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. (i.e.. if event begins on January 27th and we receive your cancellation notice any time from January 20th to January 26th). Once the event has begun, no refunds will be given as we will have to pay associated seminar fees for your chair whether you attend or not. However, you may give your paid registration to a friend without penalty, and work out the details between the two of you.

Live Televised Global Classes: In consideration of others on our waitlist, please note that if you need to cancel your time with us, cancellations received with less than five days notice will be charged a $20 processing fee, and cancellations 48 hours or less, and any “no show” and you will be charged for the class.
